1.How do I assemble the acoustic desk screen?

The screen does not need to be assembled at all – it stands firmly on its own thanks to its solid base. You simply place it on your desk and it stays put. No tools, no screws, no drilling required. Ready in seconds.

2.What is the sound reduction of the screen?

The 9–12 mm thick PET felt absorbs sound very effectively and reduces echo. According to the manufacturer, the screen offers up to 90% reduction of disturbing ambient noise (such as voices, keyboard, phone, background hum). This does not mean it is completely soundproof, but it does create a significantly quieter working environment – conversations and sounds from outside the screen are clearly muffled and less distracting. The result: more focus, privacy, and peace at your desk.

3.What are the shipping costs and how long does it take?

4.How do I clean the PET felt?

Use a lightly damp cloth to remove stains. Do not use a vacuum cleaner – this can damage the felt or pull out fibers. The material is dirt and stain-resistant, so usually dusting with a dry cloth is sufficient.

5.Does the screen fit on every desk?

Yes, the screen fits on almost any desk, provided the desk is not smaller than the dimensions of the screen (600 x 400 mm). The sturdy base ensures the stability of the screen.

6.Is the material durable and environmentally friendly?

Yes – 100% recycled PET felt.

7.What is the warranty period?

30-day cooling-off period + 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Returns are free within 30 days (see Shipping & Returns).

8.Can I combine multiple screens?

Yes – placing multiple screens next to each other or behind each other is no problem. Ideal for larger desks or shared workspaces.
